Ray’s contributions have helped set national standards for quality and ethics in healthcare. He played a key role in developing NCQA accreditation standards for health plans, PPOs, behavioral health organizations, and more. As co-founder of Health Internet Ethics (Hi-Ethics), his work paved the way for the URAC accreditation of health websites. He also taught the highly regarded “Three Faces of Quality” course for the American Association for Physician Leadership®.
